About Effecttop Pest Control and How Referrals Work

Who We Are

Effecttop Pest Control is a referral service for homeowners in Denver, CO and the Denver area. We connect people who have a pest or wildlife problem with independent providers in our network. That is the whole job.

We are not a pest control company. We do not send anyone to your door, and we do not do the treatment. The provider you speak with is an independent business.

Why This Site Exists

A pest problem is stressful. Search results are crowded, and it is hard to know whom to trust or what to do first. We built this site to give calm, plain guidance and a simple way to reach a local provider.

We also care about what happens after the visit. A treatment alone is only half the story. Treat, then protect is the idea behind the advice you will read here.

How Providers Are Matched

You tell us what you are dealing with. It might be ants, mice, roaches, a wasp nest, bed bugs or signs of termites. Your request goes to a provider in our network who handles that kind of problem in your area.

Availability changes from one provider to the next. Some can respond quickly. Others may need to schedule a visit. Request a callback to check provider availability.

What We Expect From Providers

We ask providers in our network to follow a few simple rules.

• Be clear about what they will do and what it may cost.
• Give a written quote before work begins.
• Explain product safety around children and pets.
• Describe how they will seal entry points and what upkeep follows.
• Treat older homes with care, since hidden damage and past repairs are common.

You should still ask your own questions. The team page lists good ones.

What We Do Not Do

• We do not perform pest control, wildlife removal or termite treatment.
• We do not set prices. Providers do.
• We do not promise a result or a schedule.
• We do not give insurance advice. Some policies may cover sudden damage, so check your policy.

If something goes wrong with the work, you deal with the provider directly.

How We Are Paid

Using this site does not require a payment to Effecttop Pest Control. Providers in our network may pay for the referrals we send them. That does not change the price you are quoted, and you are never required to hire anyone. Request an estimate, compare, and decide at your own pace.

A Note for Older Homes

Older houses often have worn trim, old patches and gaps behind walls. Pests find these easily. Tell the provider the age of your home and any repairs you remember. It helps them look in the right places.
