Referral Marketing Disclosure

Last updated: October 2026

You should know how Effecttop Pest Control works and how we get paid. This disclosure lays out our role. It is a general template, not legal advice.

What Effecttop Pest Control Is

Effecttop Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not carry out general pest control, termite treatment, rodent control, wildlife removal, exclusion or any other pest work.

When you call the number on this site or send a form, your call or request may go to an independent provider, or to a marketing partner that works with providers in your area.

How Money Reaches Us

Providers or marketing partners may pay Effecttop Pest Control for the calls, form submissions or other referrals we send them. The payment may depend on factors such as how long a call lasts or whether it is answered. We may be paid even when you decide not to hire the provider.

This payment does not change what a provider charges you. You pay the provider directly for work you agree to, at prices the provider sets.

Providers Run Their Own Businesses

Providers are independent. They are not employees, agents or partners of Effecttop Pest Control. Each one is solely responsible for:

• Its estimates, pricing and terms
• The products and methods it uses
• The quality and timing of its work
• Its licenses, permits and insurance
• How it communicates and behaves with you

A connection to a provider is not an endorsement, and it is not a promise about their work. Because of how we are paid, the provider you reach may depend on which providers are part of our network at that time.

The Decision Is Yours

You never have to hire a provider we connect you with. Ask questions, check credentials, request a written estimate and compare other quotes before you choose.

Call Recording

Calls made through this site may be tracked and, in some cases, recorded for quality, verification and billing purposes.
