Terms of Use for Effecttop Pest Control

Last updated: October 2026

These terms apply to your use of effecttop.garden and the services offered through it by Effecttop Pest Control. When you use the site, call the number on it or submit a form, you accept these terms. This is a general template, not legal advice.

What Effecttop Pest Control Does

Effecttop Pest Control is a referral and marketing service. We link homeowners with independent pest control and wildlife removal providers. We do not apply pesticides, treat termites, remove animals or do any other pest work. We are also not a party to any agreement you make with a provider.

Providers Work Independently

The providers you are connected with run their own businesses. They alone answer for their estimates, prices, products, scheduling, workmanship, licensing, insurance and conduct. We do not employ, supervise or control them. We also make no promises about their availability, response time, work or results.

Before you hire anyone, we encourage you to check their credentials, ask for proof of license and insurance, and get a written estimate.

General Information, Not Advice

The content here is general information. It is not professional, legal, health or financial advice, and it says nothing about whether a given product is safe. Cost ranges are typical U.S. figures that change from job to job, and they are not quotes. Confirm details with a qualified provider.
